Blended Mentor Coaching Package
By combining small group coaching with individual sessions, you can achieve the ICF-required 10 hours of mentor coaching in the most cost effective and efficient way possible. I’m offering five (5) 90-minute group coaching sessions plus three (3) individual one-on-one sessions. This satisfies the ICF credentialing requirement for mentor coaching for all levels of certification. It’s particularly valuable for coaches renewing their ACC credential. All group sessions will be conducted using Zoom. Individual sessions are generally conducted by phone, although video conferencing is also available.
A minimum of six participants are required for a group to be formed. Groups will never be more than 10. For the five group mentor coaching session, I will poll all the participants to ensure we have a coordinated and achievable schedule for everyone.
Each session you will have the opportunity to bring your questions, share best practices and challenges. The five sessions will be structured around a systematic review of the core competencies. Also, come prepared to be coached. The more you actively participate in the call, the more you and everyone else achieves. Please choose a quiet, comfortable space to call from so that you can be fully focused on the session. In addition to mentoring specific topics brought forward by the participants, I’ll offer brief “case studies”, tips, methods and guidance to challenge you and provide further learning opportunities.
Of the mentor coaching required by the ICF, 3 hours must be individual one-on-one sessions. Individual sessions allow you to focus on coaching areas that are most problematic for you personally. These sessions can be booked anytime up to six (6) months after the start of the first group sessions. You can schedule convenient sessions via Mina’s Virtual Calendar.
Please come PREPARED for your individual session. If not, I’ll let you coach me, and we can discuss my feedback. That’s always a great learning experience, and it’s great for me to be able to solve some of my own problems.
Some questions to consider in preparation for your Individual Mentor Coaching:
- What areas in your role as a coach do you need to improve?
- Where do you yourself struggling when you are coaching a client?
- What area or topic has a client shared where you are uncertain how to proceed?
- What coaching competency have you not paid enough attention to?
- How might role playing a particular area or process in which you don’t feel confident benefit you when working with your clients?
- What is your biggest challenge in your coaching with your clients
The Blended Mentor Coaching Program is $1,350, payable in advance, and extends for six months after the first session. Should adjustments need to be made at a later date, the individual sessions can be refunded on a prorated basis, minus a 5% admin fee, however there is no refund for the group sessions. Any unused sessions, group or individual, can also be transferred to someone else, subject to Mina’s approval.
Late Cancellation or No Show Policy
I really hope you won’t have to miss any of the sessions, however life happens. Business happens. Other stuff happens. Just so you know, any sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice or just missed completely are forfeited, except:
- With prompt communication and good reason(s), the first can be rescheduled.
- A second miss is forfeited except in very unusual circumstances AND prompt communication.
- Any other misses are forfeited.
I will do my very best to work with you if any of these circumstances occur. Please respect my time, and I will do the same.
